    re: 20 cents on tuesday If there is one thing that cannot be taken away from KB1 is this persons ability to create such interest in a stock that by all accounts imo (unless I am totally missing something) should really not be of any interest unless you want to give some of your cash away to a non-charitable cause.

    Each to their own but I still don't understand why people would invest in a company like this given the many other speccies to invest in.

    I just don't see how changing to instant housing is going to be the company maker move for them. This is not exactly a new concept. Companies like ACTO have been doing it for many many years and surely have a great advantage over new comers. Can it be that easy?

    The other big question is what ever happened to the retirement villas, this was all the rage not so long ago. I thought that this was a no brainer given the retirement of all the cashed up boomers.

    Sounds to me that management is trying to repackage it to attract new capital and extend the life of the company for awhile longer.
