"They are going to build a steel mill".Yes,we all hope so but,as far as we all know, the Chinese haven't finished the feasibility studies, let alone signing a binding agreement. To have any measure of certainty about the building of the mill,we need actual offers with dollar signs attached. What if the Chinese, like the Arabs, change their minds? Can you enlighten us all as to why this could not happen Chief? "Production is under way in a matter of less then a year".Surely you are not suggesting that 'product' will rolling off the assembly-lines in a year!? I assume you meant to write that "construction will be under way". Which is also unfounded speculation:so much can happen to delay the commencement;especially when the 'we-eat-elephants-very-slowly' Chinese are involved. As I pointed out when the Chinese signed the MOU,their involvement will mean that lengthy delays are to be expected-and one shouldn't expect to be given any meaningful reports of the real progress. Those big enough to eat Elephants can do what they want! As to the possible 'pump and dump',what difference would that make to long-termers? Good luck to them if they can make a dollar:it has been 'lean times' during the last twelve months here.
Good Luck to all holders
