I think the port phillip publishing retail base exiting may have something to do with the recent selling. It also looks as though maybe a substantial shareholder has been on the sell side over the past few weeks. With 3mil shares going through today and most of it coming off screen, practically hitting any bid, this person is a motivated seller.

I know of a couple of share holders (a couple being substantial) that have been buying over the past week and will continue to absorb some of this volume. Once this seller / sellers are done, the volume is quite thin back into the high teens again.

Looking at the charts, on the daily, weekly and monthly charts, all are in the oversold region on stochastics and RSI, which tell us that a bottom is not too far off here. It doesn't mean to say that this selling can't continue for a few days to come. The share price is being wound tight like a spring here & I think the snap back that will come, will be fast and hard.

If the fundamentals are only improving for the business, with many key announcements to flow (Prime Tender, FCOS, UK Gov G8 ramp up), the share price will reflect this at some point in time. Not to mention our channel partners of T Systems and Cisco starting to ramp up & deliver, they have both publicly said in the market over the past month that data security & CVT specifically is where they see the growth for their businesses going forward and they will continue to ramp up / allocate resources to this space. I dare say we can expect to see further contracts wins from our channel partner into year end. If the fundamentals continue to improve, the share price WILL reflect this over time, that is what markets do.

We all know that share prices over shoot on the top side as well as the bottom side and I believe this is what we are seeing at the moment. This too shall pass and I believe the 'short term milestones' being achieved will break the back of this. I am aware of a number of small cap fund managers that have run the ruler over CVT and are looking to make an allocation here, however most require the revenue box (not cash flow positive) to be ticked. Once this has been ticked, they will get sign off from their investment committees to start to build positions.
