How can you say this CVT is not successful?

After 9 years of consistently losing money, last year the CEO paid himself over $1 Million, including short term and long term success bonuses. He also generously sold over a million shares to you guys (ref: Annual Report).

So as he steps off International Business Class flights, he must be thinking,
"This is life defining. I'm rich and successful. CVT has been a total success. For me".
