    Looks to me like a technical move and breakout. Not many brokers are commenting and to me thats a sign its moving higher. Usually they are informing clients before releasing reports and updates.

    My theory is when you see heaps of broker reports be cautious.

    with only 295 shares on offer this has a habit of swinging quickly and normally takes a few months.
