I took up a far sized parcel in the latest raising and of course am hoping for the best ,but to be honest I will be happy for it to just hold its price on listing.
Any fall will be a buying opportunity and I will be in there.
In regards to US investors who either missed out or did not make it to the starting gate, I tend to feel that they promise a lot ,but a lot of times do not follow through.Like some local Brokers who have told me that they intend to wait and buy after listing, or on the release of sales results,I reckon that they will miss out .
The Vendors are locked in and most of the raising was done to bottom draw holders.
