Hi LGM, nice to see you on board.

I believe the scale backs are related to the US investors. Some very big money offered but couldn't take it all. From what I understand, these US investors completed due diligence beyond our limited scope by flying analysts over to Israel to check it out and carry out there own feasability studies. The result was some big $ requests for stock in the placement which is very encouraging from our own investment point of view.

I agree with athorn that this is a good 12 o 18 month hold with some big potential gains but I think we will be surprised by some strong on market support after listing particularly out of the US from those that missed out or didn't get their requested allocation.
