Good relevant post Niespe.Of course,we would like to know how advanced the EIS is at the moment. To assume that the EIS is nearly finalized is foolhardy:would not the progress of the EIS be effected by the fact that the feasibility study has NOT been concluded? How can we sure that the Chinese are the final parties interested in this project?Time and money has been invested in the background preparations for this project over many years without the acquisition of the required signatures.Judging by the chronic lack of buyers, few believe that we are close.Raving mentioned the 100k lots from 68 to 76 appearing:long-termers have seen this pattern before!Infact, one could speculate that the SP is propped up once again,as the declining interest pushes the SP downwards. If so,the glass could be half empty of half full.
