Not to detract from your argument but there were 33 million shares listed in the last GHT annual report.
It seems that non-tradeable shares are often not reported in shares on issue by some platforms. This is a real scandal with the asx in my view as it can lead to grossly inaccurate calculations of mc for some companies.
