On the face of it, TOE.V looks like an excellent entry to TRO if it is trading at such a heavy discount. But how easy is it to buy (and sell) from here in Australia. Can the local full service brokers or internet brokers (commsec, e-trade etc) arrange it just like ASX listed stocks? Or do you need a Canadian broker to arrange the trade?
