PPP.. pushed it up and market brought it back down .. PPP said run and their tribe got trapped. Probably would be nicely sitting at 1.1- 1.2 if they hadn't promoted.. however it probably also gave a lot of stale holders a chance to exit.
Announcement end of week or early next week at latest.. should give some clarity to the saga.. could be potential activity on inside knowledge or just herd mentality gone rampant. Im inclined to think the latter.
