I don't think the amount of shares on offer is necessarily a bad thing or a reason for consolidation. As an example PRR has a similiar number of shares on issue as KSX - there are many comparables between these two companies ... other than the share price that is! LOL.
The selling is coming from our convertible notes issue - which leads to the question - why convert shares at .015c then sell at .015c. As simploz suggests 'fun and games'!
If the 100m shares issued in the last capital raising fall into similar hands ... who knows how far they push us down.
Let's hope management keep rolling out the 'good news' announcements to absorb these cheap shares ... then the 'fun and games' for the long term investors can start!
