yeah you are right about our share price....people seem to be selling down.

I've put an amount in CHM I am happy to write off completely as figure the case is strong and a win would see some good upside to the share price and with a win CHM may become a proper company again.

A loss though most of us have agreed might just wipe CHM off the ASX...think we are prepared for this.

Personally...I do think the SP is headed for 2c again but I wont be adding anymore...happy with my holding and wait out the next month or more to see what pans out.

Market depth wise..there are 3 times as many sellers than buyers so its shows the lack of confidence in CHM I suppose but that can all change very quickly imo.

What I dont want to see is big dumps by the millions...this will rattle us holders and Team MMX's comments on "insiders sellers" doesn't help.

How can there be insiders with the case in court? Big CHM holders dont know how a judge will decide on the case...its in the courts hands now.

Anyway....will post any more media stuff I find today.
