re: milch cow The way it is HEADING...Forgive me but i believe the hearing started yesterday and already CHM have a setback with "Leave to alter the claim" and more costs..I'd say 1 day in and CHM's case has already been shown to be both under-prepared and somewhat bungled...Benny has "knocked on" in the opening minutes...Does'nt look good, already on the back foot, And in a situatiion where the onus is on CHM to tatally prove something that IMO is just about un provable anyway..A great gamble in the first place, hoping MMX would offer settlement..now coming a litttle un-glued already....
