re: milch cow Baggins our last legal team did not dump CHM, CHM were required to change to Piper's by the litigation funder. There was then a dispute about the overall bill at Hartnels which was contested in court by CHM, whom won and cost costs awarded against Hartnels.

What people forget to focus on the the great job the existing management have done to bring this to court, when you consider the might of MMX (with their $150m cash), the continual inunendo from the australian, the fact that CHM has only ever raised around $2.5m ($2m on the float at 1c and $450k at 0.9)and has paid Hartnels has over $1m and has over $1.5m in bonds.

Also the fact that such a high profile SC like Noel Hutley would take on the case, is further recognition of the job these current CHM boys have done.
