Now seriously guys. It does seem from the docs submitted yesterday there is quite a paper trail left by Barnes and Grimaldi relating to these tenements they acquired using CHM's money and it ending up with MMX.

How do you come to $500,000?

Is that what CHM paid for them including interest?

I doubt very much CHM will be looking at just a cash settlement but a good percentage of the Jack Hills area etc which is the tenements in question.

Value wise...thanks to Cranny....he keeps alluding to just ow much its worth.

Do you think at the time, MMX knew they we're acquiring this area "on the sly"?

CHM could be in such a different position right now had this not be done.
