spoke by phone to secretary this morning. Small announcement next week. Only one issue left to tidy up re the graphite in Korea. I asked about a new proposal and time frame. He said sooner than later and when pressured said hopefully within 4 weeks. So hopefully we're not dead in the water. Digits crossed
