Yeah. Got through this morning by phone. As the korea graphite deal fell over, they didn't want to re-list without a project as re-listing without a project would trash the re-list share price.
So they are in the process of "divorcing" from that which is almost cleared up, although some minor legal issues (read maybe some $$ returned)are still hanging over.
The board has a number of projects they are interested in, one of which they are all keen on and is cashflow positive. There is a board meeting this wednesday - 15/5 and hopefully news soon?? Not measured in days though.
Glad they decided to not relist without a project. Better for the share price
