In respect of the SPP, I did not participate because I have never felt comfortable that any money raised will be used to good effect by those in control.
A change in Management and Board, however, would see me participate in a Capital raising and I have committed funds to Nigel's campaign.
I think any SPP with a new Board and Management in place would now have a very different outcome to the last and I think shareholders would flock back to support the company.
Good on you Nigel and team for getting this moving. My mind still boggles that a brand new plant could just be handed over to institutional investors.
I hope we will find out more about what has been going on behind the scenes in this company particularly if the company has been meeting with the group which is now the administrator since November last year.
Why wasn't this disclosed and which stakeholders were in attendance at these meetings?
