i will contact Bell Potter to try and find out what has happened.
I am curious to know if this is the way that Bell Potter does business? I would be surprised if this is common practice for Bell Potter.
Were the raises completely underwritten by Life Sciences? A $1 company with a sole director being an employee of Bell Potter and a step- brother of the chairman. Did Life Sciences take the full fee or was some given to Bell Potter?
Is this the way that Bell Potter would normally conduct raises?
Then 6 weeks after Pattersons replace Life Sciences.....Life Sciences is de-registered???
