re: why is this moving Well, members of commission IV for forestry approval were expected to reconvene in early Jan. Could be a leakage ahead of the approval or punters just getting on board ahead of the potential news. This stock is pretty illiquid so the volumes haven't actually been that great. But, if these guys get approval this is a no brainer. If you compare it to say CBH, which is producing 60ktpa and is at a P/E of about 4-5 times earnings (still cheap!) and has a market cap of $500m. HER will be producing 120ktpa and has a market cap of $220m. I'm bullish on zinc til at least 2009, and i think long term prices will be well above historical levels, so this should be a winner (provided they get some bloody help from the indonesians).
