Someone must have put out a buy reccomendation on them with a 1.10 limit.
Perhaps some interest due to Vic election promises of Stamp Duty cuts and First home buyer grants.
Currently trading on a PE of 6.7 and FF Div of 8.5 %.
Very cheap IMO.
