    From 70c IPO in November, to 10c in May, surely is the worst float of late. Mindnumbingly bad.

    However, we are here to pore over potential bargains. Is this one? NAB, Thomson Reuters, Columbine and Morningstar all say no. That is good enough for me. Another for the "how on god's green earth did this get permission to list?" basket
