This one a more balanced outlook re Ni prices, seeing the Philippines cuts as perhaps  less likely to  effect prices than originally thought....possibly.

As noted by both noixz and Parlay BML SP nonperforming.....bit of PR needed maybe, as not even Proactive being used recently. Some advice from PV as to weather the recent scoping study/PFS will be released and when would help. All the ingredients are present, but can't bake a cake without turning on the oven.
