    I must admit, I have never seen Jason Brewer so active in CFE negotiations before. I am curious why he taken such an active role in these negotiations.

    TS is pretty quiet on the whole deal, probably a good thing.

    There are some pretty clear deliverables in this announcement, failing these will probably mean attempted market raising or out of cash by end of year.
