Nice rise today. I watched it rise to 6.9 cents then had to go out. Figured it would stay range bound between 6.5 and 6.9, get back after the market closed to find it had jumped to 9 cents. Nice. :=) Been keeping an eye on it in Germany as well and it looks like 6 cents was the bottom, has bounced from this level in both markets. I expect the real test will come at the end of January when the 2nd quarter commitments test is announced.
