Good to hear from fwp again as he spends time on the ground in Bots.

    Situation with PWC summarized....nothing new....http://www.miningweekly.com/article...be-wound-down-says-liquidator-kpmg-2017-01-18

From purely BML perspective, as often before, there is a dearth of updates at a time when info is critical for guidance, particularly (1) what has ensued over reclaiming the equity in the potential project from BCL following BCL's failure to complete the earn-in: (has PV exercised an exit from the 70 % BCL earn-in or are we still tied in there, as it seems there will probably be a messy outcome for BCL even given buyer(s) is/are found, and I note the Ni price is dropping. Picking over the BCL carcass will probably not help BML if we are caught up in it...).
    (2) how are we going with the "sophisticated" investors placement.....there was a requirement that it be settled within 3 months of ratification, if I remember rightly. That money will be vital.

It always seems to happen in these situations.....just when you could use it most, info flow dries up. BML retains basically a decent project with it's permits in good standing, irrespective of the BCL fiasco. BCL's smelter still stands, though the delay will prove costly to fire it up again, I would think.

Regards to all.  Have a nice day.
