The BCD is still a listed product on sol-m, so it's not all bad news.

Whenever MGZ suggest an announcement is due late month or quarter you can usually bet it will be the last day.
The previous Shareholder Announcement in May seemed to only come after a few holders here complained the 4C was lacking information.
If a release date is still pending, the Chairman's Address from Oct 2014 spruiking March 2015 as the expected launch to market appears to have been made prematurely.
