RE: Anonymous Lending Facility, page-3

Hi Aqua,

I don't believe Domacom's fresh announcement today regarding " Securing a convertible security funding" is either new or relates to the $1m Anonymous private lenders funds announced prior to this announcement this morning.

On the 16th January 2018 Domacom announced a $1m convertible debt note from Lind. Included in that arrangement ( I believe ) was the capacity for Domacom to drawdown a second Tranche of $500k to support cash flow. It seems that todays announcement alerts the market to the drawdown of those funds.

None of the above is at all relevant to my earlier comments today as follows:

.......... a press release that refers to a " Number of Private Lenders have Joined Forces" to stump up a $100m Facility.

I'm guessing the facility won't be on any balance sheet, so we won't be able to see the funds other than in Media Releases. Happy to be corrected if this is not the case.

No doubt this is a very serendipitous windfall at a very critical time for Domacom.

Regardless, I'm not sure how Domacom is going to employ any of the Anonymous Private Lenders Funds on their key business model, given the Federal Treasurers Ban on MIT's holding Residential Property ( other than exempt " Affordable Housing') is still in place.

I assume shortly we will become aware of the outcome of the proceedings in the " Aissiegolfa" Federal Court Action heard on the 23rd May 2018, in what the CEO described as the " Holy Grail". It seems Judgement has been reserved , I assume pending deliberation on the " Notice of Contention " lodged with the Federal Court on the 24th May 2018.
