Sure but WHY are you so intent on downramping it Occy? I've worked in finance for over thirty years and I believe it's a game changer. Sure the IPO price was way too high and they had some administrative hurdles they didn't foresee but firstly it's nothing like a property trust which you , with all your experience pal , allude to. That's basic finance for starters. So sure , have you view but as I reiterate WHY as a non holder DO YOU CARE SO MUCH? Don't say it's because you are altruistic. No one will believe you mate.
