In my opinion there might be a little bit of Alchemy surrounding a press release that refers to a " Number of Private Lenders have Joined Forces" to stump up a $100m Facility.

I'm guessing the facility won't be on any balance sheet, so we won't be able to see the funds other than in Media Releases. Happy to be corrected if this is not the case.

No doubt this is a very serendipitous windfall at a very critical time for Domacom.

Regardless, I'm not sure how Domacom is going to employ any of the Anonymous Private Lenders Funds on their key business model, given the Federal Treasurers Ban on MIT's holding Residential Property ( other than exempt " Affordable Housing') is still in place.
