the downside, of course, is that we might be waiting a few more weeks or so for some clarity.
looking at all the other backdoor plays i can find, this type of prospectus is usually a month before the event, but the sp seems to keep creeping up in that window as those "in the know" get set
i guess we got ahead of ourselves last week with that other cap raising ann
