In the past I would have supported your view as this was a fairly common practice but I think you will find with the JP morgan/ANZ et al and Poidevin/Bell Potter court cases have alot of them scared shitl&ess about supporting share prices in cap raising.
I'm more optimistic about the secondary market for this one and now the inevitable CR is out of the way we'll see the SP move back up.
For all those baying about the mismanagement of the SP, if the company had drilled another big find at Southern Nights AFTER a CR to insiders you all would have been crying out INSIDER TRADING! Can't win either way with some of you.
