Yes, the Yellow Cake development in London is interesting, and I believe that there are other similar moves afoot.
I haven't fully understood whether these new funds, who, obviously, are not end users, are intending to lock-in some future production at current 'low' prices, or whether they also intend to buy on the spot market. I imagine first lock-in the production and then play the spot.
