    I can tell you what he has not delivered yet:

    1. Deal with Pak Marthen
    2. DSO
    3. Smelter refurbishment (which the first $12M capital raise was meant to fund)
    4. Tanah subscription agreement - which ended up being terminated.

    Do you not feel that he is responsible for delivering these milestones, especially after promising it by way of announcements.
