If you are sick of being the pawn, think about this.
On most of the resolutions the major Shareholders have a vested interest and can't vote.
If Pivot, CSIRO and remaining shareholders voted NO, maybe we can get a better deal.
Chinese money may save the company but don't expect any favours in the end. It was long-term shareholders that got it this far.
Our vote will never be as strong or relevant again.
When Mr Kam Lung gets 90% and things have moved ahead in China, he won't need us or Australian CR with a compulsory acquired final 10%, he can do what he wants.
We need time, say 5 years before he is allowed to do that and decide whether we want to leave or stay.
These are my thoughts only. If you have a positive point of view I would love to hear it.
