High debt levels, externally managed utility fund. Not exactly the flavour of the month.
Some figures need to be released about the funding to demonstrate that the deal has not compromised this great project.
I don't lose any sleep over the money I have invested in HDF. May not set the world on fire in the next couple of months but, barring major construction problems, I think this is a $2 stock with stage 3.
Getting rid of SE water would be helpful but I can't see that happenning any time soon.
