    Normally a few days for the contract to settle and then a notice of confirmation can be issued.

    More interestingly will be if no notice is posted which will imply a bunch of "smaller" discernable pacakges.

    14m is close to 10% and well above 5% so I am expecting a Initial notice to come out.
