Yeah well the cross was at 28 cents and was a special volume cross. 28 cents is the lowest it has been for a while. Its interesting as the biggest holder on the register last year was only 7m listed FPO shares.

There are 28.5m unlisted oppies. They are convertible at 20cents. Perhaps conversion was an option so they can partake in future raisings?

Most of those are escrow oppies (24m) so I dont think that an XT on them would be possible.

Amazingly, the break down of the registry distribution in 2010 was interesting with only 26 people holding above 100k in shares.

Our biggest holder of listed shares was Cs forth with 7m.


We also have 44.5m that were unlisted FPOs which just came out of escrow on the 9 Dec. There was another 3.7m that came out of escrow earlier in the year (May?).


Perhaps it was a listing of a part of those shares? as nobody else on the register currently has 14m shares or oppies (or combined) listed.
