IMO RCR should pull out-the market is already marking them down severely on dilution of earnings and perceived risk. Look at the latest account highlights, negative cash flow, overstated goodwill, record order book? - history says no money in it and execution of projects is doubtful. Looking at latest accounts ODG has taken a huge hit when compared to earnings previous year but I feel Haden still has more write downs to be exposed. How can the board declare a projected loss in Feb($30M)that doubles in less than 2 months when the accounts are published?? RCR would be foolish to offer any of them a place on their board regardless of shareholding. Seems they only have a grip on objects below the level of a boardroom table and that like their performance is probably sub standard and slippery. IMO so long as Maui can walk away from Norfolk with a return on investment after taking with them the director's fees and dividends they've basically recommended and banked for what has been a poor performance they will say Norfolk was a good investment - never mind the shareholders.
