Indeed. The minimum acceptance condition has been met as has FIRB approval. What remains? Chinese government approval I think. Once the take over is unconditional Benny Wu will accept for the rest of his shares. There is always the chance of something from left field but I think it is pretty safe bet that the take over will proceed.
