RCE's announcement from September 7th states that the "standard response time for pre-IND submissions is 60 days" (link).
So that leaves a number of weeks of 'waiting' yet. Could be sooner, could be later, they could seek clarification and the wait could be longer. Don't think anyone would be upset bagging this thing!
