rbs maintains buy recommendation, pt $0.44, page-11

Hello all...i been very strict n not wanting to buy until an uptrend is established imo....happy to buy nervous n silly sellers below 28 they may have valid reason to sell at these prices, i have a valid reason to accumualte at these prices when i feel like it! mkt pricing at its best...imo
