in my view, paying $2 million plus a royalty is way too much for this.
no little company pays cash for permits, they put the money in the ground.
Raw already owns a big chunk of this permit , does it need more???
the permit is being purchased from the crew who took over the board last year and replaced the founding directors, now they want raw to purchase a permit off them for cash!!!
I will leave you to draw your own conclusions....
