The Federal Court Appeal is listed on the 23rd May a few days after the Extraordinary Company meeting to approve more debt to fund wages. It's a shame the dates are not the other way around, then we might know the outcome from the court before the meeting. Still wondering why the ATO has launched a separate action to be heard simultaneously. I Just think Domacom failed to lodge their appeal on time. (Shabby).
The CEO Naoumidis described a positive outcome from the Federal Court as the "Holy GraiL". I guess the takeaway from the Monty Python film is that having been removed of his arms and legs the Knights just walked around the noisy problem and moved on.

Time to move aside guys and allow a new management team and Board to take this forward.

The Share Price @ 0.071 cents probably says it all.
