the things I like about SGR is its total shares on issue have remained the same since 2013, that's very rare to find no dilution in so many years.
Also, I think that its Debt/equity ratio is well under 50%, so if % rates go up, SGR wont be devastated or suffer too much.
Its have dividend growth for the last few yrs as well, even though on a yield basis its only 3.5%
when we get a big market correction soon (DOW hasent had a big fall in many yrs) SGR will definitely be on my buy list, I will keep buying no matter how far it falls, as it will definitely bounce back from any huge market correction, which is way overdue to happen.
