Its not Frank selling. He is in escrow (can't sell) until the end of April and he would have to declare his sales as a significant shareholder. Which he can't do anyway.
Its just malaise. Its a few small parcels (maybe they paid 1.8c and got bored), and there is no information in the market for the buyers to pay up.
This happens all the time. No news flow for punters to get excited about means no move in the share price. Then all of a sudden the company comes out and says they have done a thing and the low volumes give up a tidy spike. If its solid profit growth (not just revenue) the share price will reset higher. If its just a new contract it will be a sugar rush - spike then fall back. Either are profitable!
It just takes time and a solid nerve that you believe the company is on the right track, and the ability to ignore the daily drift.
