Both funding from CSIRO + sale amount from Fyre Lake (if applicable) will contribute towards the $3 million meaning they can raise less if need be, although I'm certain they will still raise the full $3 mill as insto's are involved & they are generally long term holders unless management does something bad to really fire them off
