If u watch the screen you can see insto's are trying to get set by buying everything under 2 cents. It's very noticeable and I reckon their frustrated too in not be able to get a decent junk of this. My thoughts are that they are getting set here before running it right up to above 10 - so much news flow to come I would think given it's just started. At a bare minimum if insto's buy all the way to 5 they could still end up with a vwap of 3
