Consolidation is if only stock is below 2 - most stock for vend etc will be in escrow and any raising will be taken by insto's - 2-3 mil is not even much for an insto's to get their teeth into - so with news flow no question this is going up short term - this is the only entry point for those that want in - you won't be able to get in unless you buy on market
